The two finalists of the Coupe d'Or emerged this Tuesday (August 7th) following the last two qualifying matches of this 22-goal tournament which is going ahead at the Deauville Polo Club.

In the first of the matches, the Richard Mille team, led by Pablo MacDonough and Guillermo Willington, defeated Varlion-Blackstorm 13-9, and with a 2-1 record made it into the final.

Later on in the day, Royal Barriere bagged the remaining place in the final, by repeating its Sunday win, again in OT and again with the golden goal being scored by Francisco Bensadón. The result this time was 13-12, against Talandracas.

The Coupe d'Or final is scheduled for Sunday 12th, between Richard Mille and Royal Barriere. These two teams met in the qualifying stages of the tournament, with the latter team winning the match 17-16.
