Dubai and Sumaya march on undefeated in Gold Cup

Cowdray Park Polo Club.

Another round of qualifying matches corresponding to Britain's Gold Cup went ahead on Wednesday, June 27th at Cowdray Park Polo Club, this being one of the country’s leading polo tournaments.

Dubai, the team of Adolfo Cambiaso, Jr., defeated La Bamba de Areco (with Facundo Pieres in the team) 11-7, while Sumaya defeated Aravali 12-8, both the winning teams maintaining their undefeated status in the tournament, with two wins for each of them.

Sixteen outfits are competing here, with handicaps of either 21 or 22 goals. Next on the schedule is the Les Lions vs. Cortium clash, on Friday, June 29th.
