Torneo de los Restaurantes goes Cancha 2's way

Undefeated team claims first edition of tournament at Sotogrande

Sunday (May 27th) was the closing day of the newly-introduced Torneo de los Restaurantes, which took place on the Río fields of Spain's Santa María Polo Club.

The Cancha 2 foursome claimed top honours by defeating Hairy Lemon 9-5, after having won in all its outings. La Quinta defeated Mara 4-3, while Jack Kidd, part of the Cancha 2 line-up, was named MVP of the event.

The idea behind the event was to go ahead with a tournament especially dedicated to the catering firms in the region of Sotogrande. Four 6-goal teams took part.
