All set for title decider at La Aguada Polo Club

La Ensenada and Dreesmann to play La Aguada Ladies Cup final

The fourth edition of the La Aguada Ladies Cup kicked off on Wednesday, October 26th, this being one of Argentina's most traditional polo events for women, and which goes ahead each year at the La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door, on the outskirts of Buenos Aires.

This is a leading tournament in Argentina's spring polo season, with eight teams with handicaps of up to 16 goals taking part this year. The teams are playing with handicap valorizations issued by the Asociación Argentina de Polo, with the tournament being divided in an open section and a handicap one.

On the opening day, Rei do Caviar defeated Agua Fría 6-5, Dreesmann defeated Jaeger-LeCoultre 8-7,5, La Ensenada H. Stern trounced La Providencia 6-1,5, and Speed overcame Metro 8-4 during the morning.

During the afternoon's handicap semi-finals, La Ensenada H. Stern made it into the final with victory against Speed, 7-2, and Dreesmann defeated Rei do Caviar 8-5.

On Friday October 28th, La Ensenada H. Stern will be facing Dreesmann in the final. In what refers to the handicap section. La Providencia will play the decider against Jaeger-LeCoultre.
